Intelligent optimization control system for cement grinding developed by the Sinoma & Bonyear (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. adopts one-key start-stop technology, advanced control technology based on predictive model control and on-line particle size analyzer. The organic combination of the three realizes the automatic control of the whole process of cement grinding, all working conditions and unattended operation. The implementation of intelligent optimization control system for cement grinding enables the system to operate under the most economical and optimal parameters. The start-up time of the system is shortened from 10~15 minutes to 5 minutes, which improves the working condition of the cement grinding system. The standard deviation of the fluctuation of the stable flow silo is reduced by more than 70%. The standard deviation of residual sieve at 45 micron is reduced from 0.97 to 0.75. The qualified rate of the specific surface area is 100%, and the average power consumption of the three main equipments is reduced by 1.1 kWh/t .
