熟料岩相分析在水泥生产中的应用

摘要 对水泥生产线熟料强度下降后的岩相情况进行了对比分析,针对熟料生产线存在的问题,提出了改进方案。通过采取调整配料,控制生料细度,提高烧成带温度,减少喂料量波动等措施,水泥生产线熟料28d强度稳定在57MPa,混合材掺量升至15%。

Abstract: The lithofacies of the cement samples after the clinker strength decreased were contrastive analyzed.The existing problems of the clinker production were found out, and the improvement schemes were put forward. After adjusting the ingredients, controlling the fineness of raw materials, increasing the sintering temperature, and reducing the feeding quantity fluctuation, the strength of clinker in cement production was stabilized at 57MPa for 28d, and the mixing material content increased to 15%.
