摘要 水泥厂的矿山选址多远离主厂区,采用矿山长皮带机输送石灰石是水泥厂工程常用的输送方式。本文介绍了中材国际DANGOTE项目中的一体化矿山长皮带机的设计和理论分析方法,通过对比一体化皮带机桁架与普通皮带机桁架的结构形式及用钢量,可以看出一体化皮带机在节约用钢量及缩短施工工期上优势明显,对矿山长皮带机的绿色发展有重要的指导意义。
