摘要 水泥回转窑直流调速系统的合理设计关系到回转窑的稳定运行,某6 000t/d水泥熟料生产线采用双直流传动调速系统,配置1台三绕组整流变压器及2台直流调速装置。整流变压器一次侧绕组接成三角形,二次侧绕组中,一个接成三角形,另一个接成星形,2台直流调速装置直接向2台直流电机供电。通过计算整流变压器容量、直流调速装置启动电枢电流,进行直流调速装置及主断路器等设备的选型。DCS控制系统负责双直流调速系统的测量、控制和保护。双直流传动调速系统自运行以来,各项考核指标均优于合同要求,适用于5 000t/d及以上规模水泥熟料生产线。

Abstract: The reasonable design of the DC speed regulation system for cement rotary kiln is related to the stable operation of the rotary kiln. A 6 000 t/d clinker production line adopts a dual DC drive speed regulating system, which is equipped with a three winding rectifier transformer and two DC speed regulating devices. The primary winding of the rectifier transformer is connected in a triangle, one of the secondary winding is connected in a triangle, and the other is connected in a star. The two DC speed control devices directly supply power to the two DC motors. By calculating the capacity of the rectifier transformer and the starting armature current of the DC speed regulation device, the selection of equipment such as the DC speed regulation device and the main circuit breaker is carried out. The DCS control system is responsible for measuring, controlling, and protecting the dual DC speed regulation system. Since the operation of the dual DC speed regulation system, all assessment indicators are better than the contract requirements, and it is suitable for 5 000t/d and above clinker production lines.
