摘要
本刊讯 日前,中国建筑材料联合会发布了多项建材行业“最新突破”和“世界首创”新技术、新产品。中国建材装备集团有限公司(天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司)在会上发布了全球首套水泥全氧燃烧耦合碳捕集技术,得到了水泥行业广泛认可和国内主流媒体的高度关注,并被中央电视台《朝闻天下》栏目特别报道。
全氧燃烧是一场燃烧方式的革命,它打破了常规,采用制备氧气替代空气的燃烧,使低能耗物理碳捕集成为可能。全氧燃烧不仅降低了碳捕集提纯系统的综合能耗和运行成本,而且使水泥生产烟气排放量减少了65%,吨捕集成本能够降低100元以上。另外,水泥生产碳排放约60%来自于碳酸盐分解,不到40%来自于燃料燃烧,在捕集相同量的CO2的情况下,耗氧量较低,使得全氧燃烧技术特别适用于水泥工业,能够以较小的代价实现相对较大的成本降低。
