摘要 根据我公司原有熟料锤式破碎机故障频发和维修费用高等情况,借冬季限产停窑之机,对篦冷机熟料锤式破碎机进行了辊式改造。实践表明,改造后设备运行稳定,电耗大幅度降低,设备振动减小,破碎机维修费用大幅度降低,出料粒度变小,水泥易磨性提高,水泥生产成本降低,改造效果良好。

Abstract: According to my company's original clinker hammer crusher failure frequency and high maintenance costs, by limiting the production of the kiln in winter, the grate cooler clinker hammer crusher was modified. Practice shows that after the retrofit, the equipment operation is stable, the power consumption is reduced greatly, the vibration of the equipment is also reduced, the cost of the crusher maintenance is reduced greatly, the material granularity becomes smaller, the cement cab be easily ground and the cement production cost is also reduced.
