Abstract Hazardous waste usually brings great dangerous on human health and living environment． Due to it has sustained property, how to handle such wastes in an effective way becomes a new challenge to the people working in the field of environment protection and materials utilization． This paper shows the present technique of hazardous waste treatment and proposed that use special processing technique to treat hazardous waste in new dry cement production has a vast prospect of development．
