Abstract Using lignin as raw material, through Mannich reaction, the diethanolamine is drawn to lignin, which has the typical cement grinding aid groups. Research shows that this method can effectively improve the nitrogen content in lignin. Orthogonal analysis shows that the best method would be achieved when the quality ration of the lignin, formaldehyde, diethanolamine is 1:1:1.8, the best reaction temperature is about 60℃, reaction time is 3 hours.
