Abstract This paper introduces the advanced and practical technology and equipment optimization measures, such as anti blocking of proportioning silo and pulverized coal bunker, application of energy-saving fan and magnetic coupling, dust prevention on top of clinker silo, etc. After the actual use, the energy-saving and environmental protection level of the cement plant is improved, and the labor intensity of the staff is greatly reduced, which is suitable for the upgrading of the new cement plant and the old plant.
