Abstract This paper introduces the working process of cement rotary kiln waste heat power station isolated network operation, and makes in-depth analysis from personnel preparation, power load accounting, key operation steps, safety measures and other aspects. The successful implementation of isolated network operation has maintained the stability of kiln thermal system, reduced the consumption of refractory materials and reduced the production cost.
