Abstract
The γ-ray on-line analyzer is introduced in the raw material batching for cement clinker production line, on the basis of the manual batching with fluorescence analyzer. Changes before and after the use of the γ-ray on-line analyzer are compared and analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition stability of raw material, detection rate value, clinker stability, process change of firing system and clinker quality. After using the γ-ray on-line analyzer, the stability of raw material in cement production line and detecting efficiency is greatly enhanced. At the same time, the calcining condition in kiln is stabilized and clinker quality is significantly improved.
