Abstract
The shipment volume of sand and gravel aggregates is large, and there is a high demand for shipping efficiency. This article compares the application efficiency of the "One card communication " and "One code communication " software processes for sand and gravel aggregate shipping and sales, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the three loading and shipping methods. It introduced the overall architecture, workflow, and main components of a driver self-service quantitative loading system based on the "One code communication " process. The system uses logistics sales system APP to book and place orders, "One code communication" vehicles to queue up and dispatch automatically, truck scale intelligent to weigh and reload vehicles, and access control system to control vehicle access. It realized automatic and intelligent control of various work processes such as gravel aggregate loading appointment, queuing, weighing, blanking, settlement, and delivery, and improved the efficiency of gravel aggregate loading and shipment.
