Through experiments, various situations have been analyzed that may lead to a decline in cement quality when desulfurized gypsum is used as a cement retarder, including potential issues such as excessive levels of Cl^-, ammonium salt, and semi-hydrated calcium sulfite content, as well as desulfurized gypsum dehydration. It is proposed to pay attention to changes in desulfurization technology of coal-fired power plants, conduct harmful component content testing of raw materials entering the factory, and adopt measures such as reduceing the temperature of cement entering the warehouse, avoiding dehydration of desulfurized gypsum in the warehouse, to ensure the quality of cement products.
