滑履磨机新型支承装置的设计及应用

摘要 针对滑履磨机轴瓦摩擦力过大、温度过高的问题,设计了新型四滑履支承结构,四滑履支承结构轴瓦受力均匀,分流了载荷,增强了支承能力。设计安装了磨机筒体轴向运动监测装置,实现了在中控室实时监测定位夹板磨损过大或致轴向窜动较大的工况。采用自动控制系统,自动调节润滑油站高低压流量及冷却水量以降低磨机旋转的摩擦力。运行结果表明,新型支承结构能够保持合理瓦温,保证磨机的稳定运行。
