Abstract: The Heidelberg P14 project in Indonesia uses a domestically produced 10,000 tpd precalcining system and a 10,000-ton rotary kiln. According to the characteristics of Indonesia's local high-moisture raw materials and high-moisture lignite, the preheater, calciner, rotary kiln and other equipments were optimized. The actual operation results show that the energy consumption data and environmental protection data of the pyro system have reached the advanced level of the same scale production line and passed the performance assessment smoothly.
