摘要 介绍了建筑行业施工安全管理的内容及我国建筑行业安全管理的现状。根据水泥工厂建设工程安全管理的特点,天津院构建了安全体系化、安全标准化、安全信息化的安全管理模式,通过引入信息化管理技术手段、多维度管控模式,提升了项目安全管理的能力与水平。

Abstract: The content of construction safety management in construction industry and the status quo of safety management of construction industry in China are introduced. According to the characteristics of cement plant construction engineering safety management, Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd has built a safety management model of safety systemization, safety standardization and safety informatization. By utilizing information management technology and multi-dimensional management and control mode, the project has improved both of the ability and the level of project safety management.
