摘要 介绍了LM型立式辊磨的结构、技术参数和工作原理,以及石膏粉磨生产线的工艺流程,分析了影响立式辊磨稳定运行的因素,总结了操作经验,磨机产能稳定在50~55t/h,主机电耗7~8kWh/t,系统电耗<15kWh/t,比普通粉磨机低30%。

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure, technical parameters and working principle of LM type vertical roller mill, as well as the technological process of gypsum grinding production line, analyzes the factors affecting the stable operation of the vertical roller mill, summarizes the operation experience. The mill capacity is stable at 50~55t/h, the power consumption of the main machine is 7~8kWh/t, the power consumption of the system is less than 15kWh/t, 30% lower than that of the ordinary powder mill.
