摘要 针对水泥库结块经常堵塞下料溜子的问题,决定在溜子处安装空气炮,将空气炮压缩空气出口稍微上扬,以便于击打堵在下料口的结块。经实际使用,效果良好,改善了生产环境,降低了员工的劳动强度。

Abstract: To deal with the problem that cement storage caking often blocks discharge chute, it is decided to install air cannon at the chute. Outlet of the air cannon is slightly raised so that compressed air can easily hit the caking. The effect is significant after actual utilization, not only improving the production environment, but also reducing the labor intensity of the staff.
