Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low wind pressure at the outlet of the primary fan, weak flame intensity, and high system power consumption, an air suspension fan was used to perform energy-saving transformation. The original primary fan backup fan was removed, the air suspension fan on the original base was installed with the overall design and installation of the suspension fan outlet pipe. After the transformation, the wind pressure at the outlet of the primary fan increased significantly, the pulverized coal was fully burnt, the flame adjustment was flexible, and the power could be saved by 30kWh per hour. Silencers were added to the two empty discharge pipes, and the noise reduction effect was significant.
