摘要 通过对规格型号EPIC-F3085燃烧器内风结构形式的改造,优化燃烧火焰形状和热力分布,在不影响煅烧质量基础上,实现了回转窑燃烧器低氮燃烧,相比改造前,氨水用量降低1.82kg/t熟料,取得了良好经济效益。

Abstract: By reforming the structure of internal air in EPIC-F3085 burner, the shape of combustion flame and thermal distribution are optimized. On the basis of not affecting the calcination quality, the low NOx combustion of rotary kiln burner is realized. Compared with before, the ammonia consumption is reduced by 1.82kg/t clinker, and good economic benefits are obtained.
