摘要 简述了大冶尖峰5 000t/d水泥脱硫项目工艺流程、物料平衡及水平衡的计算,分析了氯离子浓度对于脱硫系统的影响,提出了浆液氯离子含量控制值。经两年时间的运行,在满足高硫原料硫排放达标的同时,解决了废水排放的问题。

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the process flow, material balance and water balance calculation of Daye Jianfeng 5 000 t/d cement desulfurization project, analyzed the influence of chloride ion concentration on desulfurization system, and puts forward the control value of chloride ion content in slurry. After two years of operation, the problem of wastewater discharge is solved while meeting the discharge standard of high sulfur raw materials.
