摘要 介绍了LM型立式辊磨在循环流化床锅炉脱硫石灰石粉制备系统的应用。循环流化床锅炉脱硫系统要求,≤0.1mm粒径的石灰石粉量<20%,粒径≥1mm的石灰石粉量<5%,通过对LM型立式辊磨关键技术参数的优化,实现了辊磨磨制石灰石粗粉的目的。

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of LM vertical roller mill in the preparation system of desulfurized limestone powder for circulating fluidized bed boiler. The desulfurization system of circulating fluidized bed boiler requires that the quantity of limestone powder of ≤0.1mm diameter is less than 20% and the quantity of limestone powder of ≥1mm diameter is less than 5%. By optimizing the key technical parameters of LM vertical roller grinding, the purpose of making limestone powder by roller grinding is realized.
