摘要 全面介绍了水泥工业废气中粉尘、氮氧化物、二氧化硫三项主要指标及其超低排放的限值、技术路线可行性探讨和指标实践效果。主要参考燃煤锅炉相关超低排放的路线和措施,利用新材料、新技术的不断发展进步,结合水泥生产工艺及废气特性提出了兼顾水泥生产、节能降耗和超低排放的综合实施新思路。

Abstract: The three main indexes of dust, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in flue gas of cement industry, their ultra-low emission limits, feasibility study of technical route and practical effect of the indexes are comprehensively introduced. This paper mainly refers to the route and measures of ultra-low emission of coal-fired boilers, makes use of the continuous development and progress of new materials and technologies, and combines the characteristics of cement production process and flue gas, puts forward a new comprehensive implementation idea which takes into account cement production, energy saving and consumption reduction and ultra-low emission.
