摘要 简述了NSCI 5 000t/d水泥脱硫项目概况。项目采用石灰石(石灰)—石膏湿法脱硫工艺,用水泥窑灰作脱硫吸收剂。探讨了脱硫系统的物料平衡及水平衡,简述了脱硫系统废水处理工艺流程,分析了高氯离子浓度对于脱硫系统的影响,提出了相应的脱硫废水处理方案。

Abstract: The general situation of NSCI 5 000t/d cement desulfurization project is briefly introduced. This project adopts the limestone (or lime) - gypsum wet desulfurization process, uses cement kiln ash as the absorbent. The material balance and water balance of the desulfurization system are both discussed, and the process flow of wastewater treatment in the desulfurization system is also described. The influence of the high concentration of chloride ion on the desulfurization system is analyzed, and then a solution of the desulfurization wastewater treatment is provided.
