摘要 介绍了自适应SNCR系统的组成和特点,以及在山西省某2 500t/d生产线的脱硝工程实际运行情况。通过检测,氮氧化物排放浓度降低到100mg/m3 以下,可以满足国内未来超低排放、超净排放的氮氧化物排放要求。自适应SNCR系统比SCR技术投资低,运行成本低,是一种非常有潜力的技术。

Abstract: The characteristics and application of the adaptive controlling SNCR system has been introduced. In a cement plant in Shanxi province, the NOx emission is under 100 mg/m3 , which meets the requirements of the future NOx ultra-low emission limit. Compare with SCR technology, adaptive controlling SNCR technology has the advantages of low investment and low operation cost, so adaptive controlling SNCR technology is a very promising technology.
