摘要 分析了水泥生产线升级改造后余热发电热力系统不平衡的问题,系统管理和维护中存在的局部保温失效、窑尾余热锅炉系统漏风及清灰装置失灵、窑操作调节不及时、真空系统不理想等问题,提出修正热力系统的平衡、加强系统维护和管理的改造建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem of unbalance of thermal system of residual heat power generation after the cement production line is upgraded ,the problem of local thermal insulation failure in system management and maintenance, failure of flue gas leakage and ash removal devices in SP boiler systems and the problem of delays in kiln operation regulation, unsatisfactory vacuum systems and so on. This paper proposes to correct the balance of the thermal system and strengthen the system maintenance and management.
