Research about Various Speed Regulation Technique Methods for HV Fan

摘要 简要介绍了大型风机电动机的几种调速方式,对于同一电机规格,探讨了高压变频器和内反馈高频斩波调速装置调速方式的优缺点和适用范围。需要调速性能高、调速范围宽和不希望电机维护量大的情况下,优先选择高压变频调速方式;对调速性能不高、调速范围要求不宽的风机类负载,优先选择内反馈高频斩波调速方式。

Abstract: The article is mainly about various speed regulation technique methods for HV fan. We discuss the advantages, disadvantages and application about HV VSD and internal feedback high frequency chopper wave for the same HV fan motor. HV VSD is better for the situation with wide speed range and good speed regulation, the internal feedback high frequency chopper wave is better for the situation with not wide speed range and normal speed regulation.
