摘要 介绍了天津水泥院研发的大规格生料辊压机终粉磨系统,该系统采用了大规格生料辊压机、新型组合式选粉机、低阻高效旋风筒及高能效风机、智能化控制技术等新研发的设备和技术,最优电耗指标仅为9.1kW·h/t,平均电耗降至12.0kW·h/t,节电优势明显。

Abstract: This paper introduces the large raw meal roller press finish grinding system developed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design&Research Institute, which adopts newly developed equipment and technology, such as large raw meal roller press, new combined seperator, low-resistance and high-efficiency cyclone, high-efficiency fan, and intelligent control technology. The optimal system power consumption is only 9.1kW·h/t, and the average power consumption is reduced to 12.0kW·h/t, which has obvious advantages in energy saving.
