Abstract: In view of the problems of high cement outlet temperature and high water demand for cement standard consistency and poor concrete performance caused by dehydration of some gypsum, measures including upgrading and transforming the powder concentrator, adding and adjusting the fan at the first section of the grate cooler, expanding the back blowing aperture of the main dust collector of the cement mill have effectively increased the cement output and reduced the power consumption of the system. The properties of cement have been significantly improved.
