Abstract: The discharge gap between the hammer and the impact plate of the impact crusher is an important operating parameter, which has an important impact on the gradation of the finished aggregate. By adjusting the linear speed, rotational speed and discharge gas of the impact crusher, the variation principle of the finished aggregate gradation under the condition of different discharge gas is studied. The results can be used to guide the production of coarse aggregate by the impact crusher.
