摘要 水泥企业非铁质金属物料进入粉磨系统,易造成生产停机,辊面损伤,维修成本高。调整降低金属探测仪灵敏度至合适值,减少现场对讲机的使用,可除去大块非铁质金属物料,降低粉磨设备故障率,节约维修成本,且不会频繁误报。

Abstract:
When non-ferrous metal materials enter into the grinding system in the cement plant, it is easy to cause production shutdown, roll surface damage and high maintenance costs. The sensitivity of metal detector can be adjusted to the appropriate value, the use of interphone can be reduced, the bulk of non-ferrous metal materials can be removed, the failure rate of grinding equipment can be reduced, the maintenance cost can be saved, and there is no frequent false alarms.
