摘要 针对徐州中联1号万吨生产线面临的能效提升技术瓶颈,研究提出了烧成系统减污降碳解决方案,在中国水泥工业首次应用了五级改六级预热器技术,同时,进行分解炉扩容并采用自脱硝技术提高主燃区的效率,提高回转窑转速,采用带中置辊式破碎机的第四代篦式冷却机替换原有冷却机。改造后,预热器出口温度降低了83℃,熟料单位产品综合煤耗降低约14kgce/t.cl,低于GB 16780-2021标准中的1级限额值约4%,每年节约标煤4.3万吨,减少二氧化碳排放10.8万吨;在现有窑尾框架内应用自脱硝源头减排技术,NOX排放浓度<25mg/Nm3,满足并优于当地环保标准要求,节约氨水用量1.0万吨,实现了能耗双控和超低排放目标下水泥生产技术的全新升级。

Abstract: Aiming at the technical bottleneck of energy efficiency improvement of CUCC(Xuzhou)
10 000t/d production line Ⅰ, a solution of pollution reduction and carbon reduction of pyro system was proposed. The five-stage preheater was changed to six-stage preheater for the first time in chinese cement industry. The calciner volume was expanded and self-denitrification technology was adopted to improve the efficiency of the main combustion area, the speed of rotary kiln was accelerated, and the cooler was changed to the fourth-generation cooler with middle roll crusher. After the transformation, the outlet temperature of the preheater is reduced by 83℃, the standard coal consumption of clinker is reduced by about 14kg/t.cl, the comprehensive coal consumption per unit product of clinker reaches and is lower than the level 1 index of GB 16780-2021 standard by about 4%, 43 000 tons of standard coal is saved every year, and the annual carbon dioxide emission is reduced by 108 000 tons. Meanwhile, the emission reduction technology of self-denitrification source is applied in the existing preheater tower. The NOX emission is lower than 25mg/Nm3 required by the local environmental protection department, the ammonia consumption is reduced by 10 000 tons, and provide a technology demonstration for the new upgrading of cement manufacturing under the double carbon strategy background, double control of energy consumption and ultra-low emission targets.
