摘要 

从服务体系、运维策略、平台架构三方面介绍了由天津水泥院自主研发的水泥装备智能运维平台的构建。水泥装备智能运维平台面向客户,对水泥生产和水泥装备进行全生命周期检测,为水泥生产企业提供包括智能预警、故障诊断、优化生产、数据分析、专家服务等装备运维数字化、智能化增值服务;通过采集实时生产数据和工艺设计数据,图形化多维度展示生产运行指标,建立多应用场景数据分析模型,进行生产运维和设备健康管理,建立数字专家库,提供功能模块知识依据等,实现水泥装备的智能运维,提高了水泥生产装备运转率,促进了水泥生产企业数字化转型。

Abstract: 

This article introduces the cement equipment intelligent operation and maintenance platform independently developed by Tianjin Cement Institute from three aspects: service system, operation and maintenance strategy, and platform architecture. The cement equipment intelligent operation and maintenance platform is customer-oriented, and conducts full lifecycle testing of cement production and cement equipment. It provides cement production enterprises with digital and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance services, including intelligent early warning, fault diagnosis, optimization of production, data analysis, and expert services. By collecting real-time production and process design data, graphically displaying multi-dimensional production operation indicators, establishing a multi-application scenario data analysis model, conducting production operation and equipment health management, establishing a digital expert library to provide functional module knowledge basis, achieving intelligent operation and maintenance of cement equipment, improving the operation rate of cement production equipment, and promoting the digital transformation of cement production enterprises.
