摘要 本文选定水泥细度、三氧化硫含量、碳酸钾掺量、混合材掺量及半水石膏和二水石膏比例五种参数,对若干普通硅酸盐水泥样品进行五因素四水平正交试验,通过水泥净浆流动度的测定,对比研究了不同参数、不同水平时水泥和高效减水剂的相容性,从而得到最优组合和影响因素的主次关系,验证了正交试验方法研究水泥和高效减水剂相容性的可行性。

Abstract: 
Cross-cut tests on several Portland cement samples are made on the base of five parameters (cement fineness, SO3 content,  K2CO3 content, additive addition ratio with hemihydrate gypsum and dihydrate gypsum). Through ascertain the past fluidity, the compatibility of cement and water reducer under different parameters and different levels were investigated.
    Thus optimal combination and influence factors are obtained. This verified that the cross-cut test is a feasible method to study the compatability of cement and water reducer.
