湿法回转窑强制换热区域的改进

摘要 介绍了湿法回转窑内部结构现状,分析了预热分解带热交换存在的缺陷,提出了强制换热区域改进方案。某氧化铝厂根据该方案对其湿法回转窑强制换热区域进行了改进,证明该区域内衬使用寿命大幅度提高,同时嵌入式扬料板比原设计扬料板的使用寿命亦有明显提高;减少了窑体散热,提高了热利用效率,提高了湿法回转窑的台时产能,降低了吨熟料煤耗,经济效益显著。

Abstract: Inner structure and weakness of heat-exchange area in precalcining zone on wet-process kiln are introduced in this paper. A scheme to improve this area is pointed by the author. Based on this scheme, an improvement is made by a plant on the forced heat-exchange area on a wet rotary kiln. It is proved that the lifetime of inner lining is prolonged, and the service life of embedded dispersing plate is much improved than the original one. Both heat dispersion of kiln body and coal consumption is reduced. Thus the unit capacity of wet-process kiln and economic profit is increased.
