摘要 针对某工业硅余热锅炉运行过程中产生的水平烟道振动问题,通过大量实际运行工况调研,结合卡门涡流频率与气室固有频率耦合从而产生声学共振的理论分析,确定了合理加装垂直防振隔板,将水平烟道分隔成两个空腔,提高起振风量,避免声学共振的解决方案,最终解决了水平烟道振动问题。

Abstract: There are vibration problems for horizontal gas duct in the WHR boiler. To deal with this problem, we research on the operational states of large amount of projects and analysis theoretically on the acoustic resonant caused by frequency coupling between Karman vortex and inherent frequency of air space, a solution by avoiding acoustic resonant with adding vertical antivibration plate in horizontal gas duct was proposed, separating it into two cavity. Finally, the problem of vibration of horizontal gas duct was solved.
