摘要 本文介绍了一种新型中温耐磨合金钢T1006N的研究,要求在≯400℃温度时具有良好的耐磨性能。该材料应用于中材装备集团有限公司尾置熟料辊式破碎机的核心部件辊圈上,从2011年开始投入使用,使用寿命均≮3年,使用效果良好。

Abstract: New intermediate temperature wear resistant alloy steel T1006N was investigated in this paper. It was required to have good wear resistance at a temperature of no more than 400℃. This material was applied to the core parts of the clinker roller crusher roll ring of Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd.  After using from 2011,the service life of T1006N was not less than 3 years with a good effect.
