某水泥厂自备电站机组脱网原因分析及应对措施

摘要 随着国外水泥厂建设项目的增多,我们越来越多地感受到为其供电的自备电站运行方式的特殊性。工业不发达国家电网容量较小,稳定性相对较差,其电力指标(如频率和幅值)经常出现变动,水泥厂启、停大设备时产生的冲击往往与外电网系统相互影响,加之,当地电力部门也会对水泥厂用电进行限制,联络线便会经常跳闸,自备电站就由联网运行转为孤网运行,厂内用电负荷全部转由自备电站机组提供。如何减少脱网的情况及如何应对,本文就此问题举例做了分析。
