摘要 中国铁路物资安徽铁鹏水泥有限公司原料磨循环风机运行效率较低,实际使用电耗较高,存在较大的节能空间。经过实地调研以及对风机运行数据进行分析,决定采用高效风机替换原有循环风机,最大限度地保留原风机基础及相关辅助设备,缩短改造工期。在生产工况变化不大的情况下,风机每小时节电量可达583kWh,改造取得了良好的节能效果。
