危险废弃物焚烧装置优化配置与应用

摘要 本文对危险废弃物焚烧装置进行了优化,针对危险废弃物焚烧特点对回转窑进行了改进,可焚烧各种形态和种类的垃圾。二级燃烧室上增加了裂解炉烟气入口,可同时处理回转窑焚烧的高温烟气及裂解炉焚烧的高温烟气,应用于两个焚烧系统。二级燃烧室底部安装有风冷式排渣装置,将灰渣打碎后进行风冷式冷却。运行结果表明,该装置焚烧效果好,能够有效节约能源,节省设备投资及运行成本。
