水泥企业使用石灰石废石生产机制砂的应用

摘要 分析了三种制砂工艺方案的优缺点,结合河北金隅鼎鑫水泥有限公司石灰石废石生产线实际,选择了对辊破碎制砂工艺,使该生产线石灰石废石得以100%利用,所产机制砂符合GB/T 14684-2011《建设用砂》中Ⅱ类建设用砂的要求,解决了原生产线产品成品率低、质量差、附加值低、资源综合利用率低等问题。

Abstract: This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of three sand-making technology schemes. Combining with the actual production line of limestone waste stone in Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Company Ltd. The technology of sand-making by roll crushing is selected to make 100% use of limestone waste stone in this production line. The manufactured sand meets the requirements of Class II construction sand in GB/T 14684-2011. The problems of low product yield, poor quality, low added value and low comprehensive utilization of resources in the original production line were solved.
