摘要 通过优化破碎腔,采用有变形补偿功能的轧臼壁固定方式及无背衬材料的破碎壁安装方式,简化了圆锥破碎机破碎腔的更换流程。同时,通过改进正压防尘装置,采用迷宫密封和浮动球环密封,提高了密封能力,改善了润滑条件,延长了防尘组件的使用寿命。

Abstract: The paper summarized crushing chamber optimizations of our cone crusher products, including concave fixture with deformation compensation and mantle installation without back liner, which simplified replacement processes of cone crusher chamber significantly. Additionally, labyrinth seal and floating ring ball seal are used for dustproof system improvement, enhancing sealing ability and lubrication condition of main shaft bearings, leading to longer service life of dustproof system.
