摘要 阐述了水泥厂采用Anybus AB7000通讯网关,将以RS-485为接口Modbus RTU串口通讯方式的Elite440型电力计量表转换为ABB 800xA控制系统支持的Profibus-DP现场总线通讯的方法,实现了串行接口设备参数的远程读取和监控。

Abstract: This article describes the method of using Anybus AB7000 communication gateway in a cement plant. It converts the Elite440 power meter which use RS-485 as the interface Modbus RTU serial communication mode to the Profibus-DP fieldbus communication method supported by the ABB 800xA control system, realizes the remote reading and monitoring of serial interface device parameters.
