摘要 结合阿联酋某项目Profibus-PA总线设计及调试经验,归纳总结了水泥厂Profibus-PA总线设计、通讯配置、现场干扰处理等各项工作的注意事项。现场实际检测表明,该系统运行稳定,各测量数据能准确反映生产的实际情况。

Abstract: Combined with the design and commissioning experience of Profibus-PA bus of a project in UAE, this paper summarizes the points for attention of Profibus-PA bus design, communication configuration, and on-site interference handling in cement plant. The actual on-site inspection shows that the system is running stably, and the measurement data can accurately reflect the actual production situation.
