Abstract: Cyclone and nozzle are important parts of multi-channel burner. Their parameters directly determine the performance of burner. The effects of swirl angle and number of nozzles on burner performance are studied by numerical simulation of cyclone and nozzle with FLUENT method. The results can be used in the design of the burner to optimize the performance of the burner, improve the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, adjust the flame shape more flexibly and ensure the calcination effect of clinker.
