摘要 
介绍了槽式输送机“检测、调整、维修”一体化服务项目及其对槽式输送机长期稳定运行的意义。槽式输送机“检测、调整、维修”一体化服务的实例表明,实施一体化服务后,设备故障率大幅下降,回转窑系统设备的平均运行周期提高了15d,有效提升了回转窑系统设备连续长周期运行的质量。

Abstract: 
This paper introduces the integrated detection and service items of clinker trough conveyor inspection and adjustment and maintenance and its significance to the long-term stable operation of clinker trough conveyor.The implementation of the integrated service of groove conveyor inspection, adjustment and maintenance shows that after the integrated service is implemented, the equipment failure rate is greatly reduced, the average operation cycle of rotary kiln system equipment is increased by 15d, and the continuous long period operation quality of rotary kiln system equipment is effectively improved.
