熟料28d强度较低的原因分析及解决措施

Analysis on the Cause of Low Strength of Clinker 28d and Its Solution
摘要 我公司6 000t/d熟料生产线自2016年8月投料运行以来,熟料28d强度一直较低,窑系统对生料成分的适应能力较差,熟料KH及SM值控制较低。当为提高熟料强度而提高熟料KH值时,窑况变差,产量降低,游离氧化钙超标。利用化学分析、扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析和岩相分析等手段对原材料和熟料进行了测试分析。根据分析结果采取的有效措施是:提高熟料硅酸盐矿物含量,降低熟料中的碱含量,提高熟料煅烧温度,加强窑内通风,加强熟料急冷。
