Abstract: In order to achieve the design target of low energy consumption and low cost, the schemes of the pulverized coal bins at the preheater and the cooler along with the layout of the traditional pulverized coal bins are studied in detaisl from the aspects of process, structure, architecture and electrical. The index of energy consumption and quantity are also compared. Compared with the traditional pulverized coal bins in the coal mill workshop, the scheme arranged near the coal point in preheater and cooler separately can reduce the pulse phenomenon generated by the long-distance pulverized coal transportation, and the impact on the heat consumption of the burning system by cold air is also reduced.
