摘要 介绍了先进的气膜钢筋混凝土施工技术,分析了研发的直径60m穹顶气膜钢筋混凝土筒仓结构和不同荷载作用下的筒仓受力和变形,采用“三层板”模型计算了壳体配筋。与传统筒仓施工方法相比,简化了施工过程,节省了工时,降低了工程造价。

Abstract: The paper introduces advanced construction technology for reinforced concrete silo using inflated forms, analyzes the force and deformation of 60m diameter dome air film reinforced concrete silo developed by our company under different loads, and uses the three-layer slab model to calculate the shell Reinforcement. Compared with the traditional silo construction method, it simplifies the construction process, saves man-hours and reduces the project cost.
