摘要 分析了劣质煤的燃烧特性,介绍了两条以无烟煤和褐煤为主燃料的生产线的生产情况,通过应用大推力燃烧器进行改造,有针对性地对燃烧器煤粉的燃烧速率与燃烧冲量进行合理设计,使劣质煤更好地满足了熟料煅烧的需要。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the combustion characteristics of inferior coal, introduces the production situation of two production lines with anthracite and lignite as the main fuel, and through the application of high momentum burner to reform, the combustion rate and combustion impulse of pulverized coal in the burners are designed reasonably, the inferior coal can better meet the needs of clinker calcination.
